Strict Safety Policy and Surrounding
Regular Safety Training
Hindia Petrochemicals Private Limited daily conduct the safety related trainings at our plant. Safety officer makes them aware about the hazardous things to protect the workers from it.
Similarly we do monitor their daily activities as per the safety norms of PESO. Our safety officer is available at the plant for monitoring and providing the training program at regular interval.
Safety training induction program is designed for the new joiners in the company.
Regular Safety Audits
Hindia Petrochemicals Private Limited. conducts the safety audits also to check all the safety equipment’s are working properly or not. Regular safety audits feedback makes us to improve company’s safety performance.
Safety audits allow us where the additional training is needed.
Regular audits create the accountability in the organization. Similarly we also conduct the third party safety audits also to keep us updated with the new updates of safety related.
HPPL conducts the Mock drill once in 6 months period at Hindia Plant as a part of safety audit.
Regular Safety Maintenance
Hindia Petrochemicals Private Limited safety staff weekly and monthly does the maintenance of all safety equipment, machines to make the work environment safe & reliable.
Regular maintenance means repair maintenance and preventive maintenance.
It extends the life of the safety assets and reduce the emergency maintenance. It is the mandatory activity for the safety dept. to do the safety maintenance and submit the report to the higher management.
Regular Safety Awareness Campaign
Hindia Petrochemicals Private Limited safety dept. conduct the safety awareness program for all the dept.
staff and provide and also conduct one test also to check their awareness among the employees.
